Terms and Conditions

• Customers can register up to 5 pets per account.

• IDs will be valid only for a year starting from the anti-rabies vaccination date. Users will be reminded a month before the expiration of their pet(s)’ vaccine to update their records.

• Only Digital IDs will be accepted entry at SM’s Paw Parks.
