Paw Park Rules
Owners must be fully responsible for their dogs. Owners should be inside the Paw Park, within the view and control of their dogs, and must not leave their dogs unsupervised. Scoop your poop! Owners must immediately clean up after their own dogs. Dogs must be on a leash, hand-carried, or in a carrier when not inside the Paw Park. Dogs must be at least 4 months of age and be up to date with all vaccinations and tick prevention. Dogs that are aggressive, disruptive, in heat, or ill are not allowed to enter the Paw Park. Maximum of 2 dogs per adult are allowed in the Paw park at one time. Children under 12 are not allowed inside the Paw Park without an adult. Equipment and obstacles in the Paw Park are strictly for dogs only. Kindly ensure children do not climb on the obstacles. Kindly ensure that the gate is always closed after entering and exiting the Paw Park. Food and drinks are not permitted inside the Paw Park. Owners may bring toys and dog treats for their dog however kindly ensure that other dogs will not be competing for them. Private dog training and other commercial activities without prior management approval will not be allowed. Any person bringing their dogs into the Paw Park assumes all liability, responsibility, and associated risks, jointly and individually, for any damage, disease, or injury to persons, other dogs, and/or property. (Insert mall here) management reserves the right to refuse entry to any dog that presents any risks to other humans or dogs. The Paw Park may close without prior notice due to weather, maintenance, special events, or when deemed necessary. All other mall rules and policies apply.
